Even in electric mode, incredible to unfold in 1 gesture, 1 second! Easier to fold!
We want to make your transitions simple, fast and fluid by facilitating your folding and unfolding phases.
UNFOLDING:
Incredible in 1 gesture, 1 SECOND!
No need to manipulate the hinges at this stage thanks to Decathlon's exclusive patented automatic hinge locking system.
FOLDING:
The distinctive shapes of the hinge levers make them easy and pleasant to handle.
These voluminous pallets, with rounded edges, provide a pleasant full-hand grip.
Autonomy: 4 assistance modes.
- Mode 1: up to 55km range. It compensates for the weight of the bike and lets you go further.
- Mode 2: up to 40km range. For smooth passage over false flats, and to help you cope with the wind.
- Mode 3: up to 30km of range, to go faster at 25km/h and cope with gentle climbs.
- The "walk" mode: Allows the bike to move forward at 4km/h when you're walking alongside it. Keep your finger pressed on the arrow at the top of the control screen.
Battery.
The 252Wh (36V/7Ah) battery is integrated into the seatpost. It is removable for easy transport.
The seatpost clamp is lockable with a key. Ideal for theft prevention.
Service life: 500 complete cycles (1 cycle = recharge from 0 to 100%). After 500 charging cycles, the battery will still work, but not at full capacity.
Warranty: 2 years. Battery, charger and 2 keys are supplied with the bike.
Steps to lock the seat post clamp.
1) Remove the key from the lock. The 2 knobs will pop out.
2) lift the seatpost clamp handle. The saddle can slide.
3) align the black button with the groove in the seatpost. If the button is fully depressed, it's aligned.
4) leave this button depressed, and press the silver button.
5) the 2 buttons remain depressed. The system is now locked.
6) adjust the saddle height, then finish by tightening the clamp by lowering the paddle downwards.
Steps to unlock the seat post clamp lock.
1) insert the key into the lock.
2) turn the key to the right a quarter turn. The black knob comes out of the collar again. The system is unlocked
3) in this position the key cannot be removed. To remove the key, return it to its original position. To do this, turn the key's "aluminum triangle" to the right. Then pull out the key.
In the event of breakage or loss, the key can be recommended by e-mail. The address can be found on the support site.
Motor.
The Brushless motor is located in the rear wheel and offers 35 Nm of torque for a maximum power of 250W.
As you pedal, the motor takes you to 25km/h more or less quickly, with more or less force depending on the mode selected on the control screen.
This assistance is triggered by pedaling thanks to a pedaling frequency sensor system.
Folded bike-holding system.
The E Fold 900 1" is held folded by a system of magnets in the front and rear wheel hubs, as well as by a clip system between stem and frame.
This efficient system lets you push your folded bike into folded mode and carry it with ease.
Frame.
6061-T6 aluminum frame for lightness, dynamism and sturdiness.
Our 20-inch electric bike is easy to transport.
The frame hinge locks in 1 second. This patented system is exclusive to Décathlon.
Fork.
6061-T6 aluminum forks for lightness and strength.
Transmission.
Transmission:
SHIMANO Tourney.
Gears are shifted using a twist grip.
Cassette:
7 speeds
Development range: 11 / 28 teeth
- 11 teeth on the smallest sprocket. To move forward faster.
- 28 teeth: on the largest sprocket. You won't strain the pedals.
Pedals / Crankset.
53-tooth aluminum chainring with 170mm cranks.
Double chainring housing to prevent derailment and protect from dirt.
Foldable pedals for even greater compactness when your bike is folded.
Once the pedals are folded and the stem folded down, the bike can be stored along a wall with a reduced footprint.
Brakes.
Hydraulic disc brakes (TEKTRO T275) front and rear.
Disc diameter:160 mm
Aluminum levers.
Tips for honing your disc brakes.
When your bike comes out of the store, the brake pads and discs are new, so braking performance is very poor.
Continuous heavy cold braking (e.g. downhill) can lead to overheating and "icing" of the brake pads, making the brakes much less effective.
Break-in is achieved after 10 brake applications per brake (rear then front).
Braking is a strong deceleration to go from 25 to 5 km/h without locking the wheel (=don't brake until you stop the bike).
Stem / Handlebar.
Stem:
- in aluminum
- foldable with a patented 1second automatic locking hinge system.
- height-adjustable to suit everyone and provide greater comfort when riding.
This adjustment allows you to manage the inclination of your back and the position of your arms.
- Handlebars: in aluminum. Diameter 22.2mm.
The handles are ergonomically shaped for greater comfort. You can change the inclination to suit your height, for optimum hand position.
Saddle/Saddle post.
Wide foam saddle ideal for comfort when riding upright.
Handlebar under the saddle makes it easy to grip the bike, move it around and guide it with one hand when in the folded position.
Seatpost:
- graduated in aluminum, diameter 61.8 mm.
- guided so it's always in line, with an anti-theft stop.
The seatpost clamp is equipped with a key-operated anti-theft device to lock the battery against theft.
Tires.
Schwalbe Big apple 20 x 2.00.
All tires should be re-inflated regularly, every 3 weeks.
The air contained in this wider tire, known as a "balloon", is used as a natural suspension.
Inflated to 2 BAR, the tire rolls easily and provides great comfort.
At 4 BAR, it's easier to ride, saves range, extends tire life and reduces punctures.
Sidewalls:
- reflective strips for night visibility.
Wheels.
20-inch, double-wall rims.
Sealed bearing aluminum hub
Lighting.
The lights are powered by the bike's battery.
- Front lighting power: 10 Lux
- Rear lighting power: 5.4 Lumen
You can choose to switch them on or off by pressing the button with the "down arrow" for 3 seconds.
Note:
They comply with the most stringent French and German standards.
For your safety, even if your battery runs out of power, the front and rear lights remain on for 2 hours.

Bike weight.
The bike weighs 19 kg.
Its structure (frame + fork) and aluminum components make it an electric folding bike that's easy to carry, so you can lift it and put it in the trunk of your car or climb a few steps.
Only carry it when you have to. The rest of the time, the bike rides perfectly in folded mode; the handle under the saddle gives you comfort.
User size and maximum load.
The geometry of this bike offers optimum comfort for riders measuring between 1.45 m and 1.95 m.
This bike meets the requirements of the ISO 4210 standard.

Battery care and storage.
/!\ Store/charge your battery in a cool (between +10°C and +25°C), dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do not store a discharged battery to avoid deep discharging, which could damage its capacity.
Remember to recharge the battery (even when not in use) at least every 3 months to avoid deep discharging.
If you can't charge your battery regularly, switch it to standby mode, even if 1 automatic standby occurs after 2 hours.
