To add autonomy with an extra battery

You can, of course, buy an extra battery if you're going to be doing a lot of touring, covering many kilometers and/or several days.
/ !To know:
The 36V 11.6 Ah battery (capacity 417Wh) is fully compatible and gives you between 45 and 70 kms of autonomy. It is available from our after-sales service (ref: 8669826).

Engine

The Brushless motor is located in the rear wheel and offers 35 Nm of torque for a maximum power of 250W.

As you pedal, the motor takes you to 25km/h more or less quickly, with more or less force depending on the mode selected on the control screen.

This assistance is triggered by pedaling thanks to a pedaling frequency sensor system.

Folded bike support system

We opted for a strap to hold the bike in the folded position for storage. This also allows the bike to be ridden in folded mode when desired.
This system is simple and effective.
This rubber strap is attached to the rear rack and then clips onto the stem to hold the whole thing together.
We tested the strap's resistance: 2,400 cycles (1,200 plugs/1,200 deplugs) with a pulling force of 13Nm.

Frame

Hi-Ten steel frame for comfort.
The side-folding system takes up very little space: at home, in the trunk of a car, in a camper van... your bike will be forgotten.

To improve stability when folded, the frame is equipped with a bike rest under the chainstay.

Fork

Rigid Hi-Ten steel fork for added strength.

Transmission

* Equipped with a 6-speed derailleur Shimano Tourney, it will help you get through the few difficulties you'll encounter on your journey (climbing bridges, starting at a red light with an easier gear). Shifting gears is easy thanks to the twist grip.
* 52-tooth chainring.
* Freewheel Shimano 6 speeds (14/28).
- smallest development: 2.96 m per pedal revolution, 28 teeth
- largest development: 5.90 m per pedal revolution, 14 teeth.

Pedals / Crankset

* Folding pedals to reduce the size of the folded bike.
Once the pedals are folded and the stem folded, the bike can be stored along a wall with a reduced footprint.

* Aluminum crankset with 170mm cranks

* Double chainring housing to prevent derailment and protect from dirt.

Brakes

Aluminum V-brake calipers ensure effective, progressive braking.
Aluminum brake levers.

Good to know:
Electric-assist bikes use more brake pads than conventional bikes because of the weight and power of the motor.
Regular brake adjustments are essential for good braking performance.

Stem / Handlebar

- Stem: aluminum, height-adjustable to suit everyone and provide greater comfort when riding.
This adjustment allows you to manage the inclination of your back and the position of your arms.

- Handlebars: steel. Diameter 22.2mm.

The handles are ergonomically shaped for greater comfort. You can change the inclination to suit your height.

Saddle/ Seatpost

Saddle: wide and comfortable, made of seamless foam.
Saddle post: aluminum.
Diameter 31.6 mm.
It is graduated for easy adjustment, and a groove guides you during handling and ensures that your saddle is always straight.
An "anti-theft" stop is available to prevent easy removal of the saddle without tools.

Wheels

20 inches.
Double-walled rims for greater strength and machined sidewalls for improved braking performance.

Steel hub with ball bearing.

Tires

* 20 x 1.75.
* Skinwall technology for greater resistance, efficiency and grip.
* Sidewalls:
- reflective stripes for night-time visibility
- brown for vintage look

To limit the risk of punctures, improve performance and optimize range, we recommend inflating your tires to a pressure of 4.5 BAR.
This corresponds to your bike's maximum inflation pressure.
We recommend checking your tire pressure every 3 weeks.

Lighting

The lights are powered by the bike's battery.
- Front lighting power: 15 Lux
- Rear lighting power: 5.4 Lumen
You can choose to switch them on or off by pressing the button on the control screen.
Note:
They comply with the most stringent French and German standards.
For your safety, even if your battery runs out of power, the front and rear lights remain on for 2 hours.

Maintenance tips

Tire pressure drops over time. On average, the loss is 1 BAR/week.
Remember to re-inflate your tires regularly: riding deflated reduces your battery's autonomy, increases your pedaling effort and encourages punctures.
Before carrying out any work on your electric bike (cleaning, electrical or mechanical maintenance), remove your battery and switch off your EAB.
When wintering, charge your battery at least every 3 months.

Battery care and storage

/!\ Store/charge your battery in a cool (between +10°C and +25°C), dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do not store a discharged battery (1 LED flashing) to avoid deep discharging, which could impair its capacity.
Remember to recharge the battery (even when not in use) at least every 3 months to avoid deep discharging.
If you can't charge your battery regularly, switch it to standby mode, even if 1 automatic standby occurs after 2 hours.
