Entirely designed and developed in our design offices in Lille.
The ELOPS team has designed this bike around one key theme: PERFORMANCE, to make your daily commute as easy and enjoyable as possible, whether the road is flat or steep.
The addition of a lightweight shock-absorbing fork, as well as the saddle and grips, adds an extra dimension of comfort.
High-quality components make this a reliable and durable bike.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE.
M: between 1.65 m and 1.74 m
L: between 1.75 m and 1.84 m
XL: between 1.85 m and 1.95 m
If you are or hesitate between 2 sizes, the smaller will give you a more manoeuvrable bike, the larger a more stable bike.
WEIGHT / YIELD.
Weighing in at 14.2 kg (size M), this bike offers exceptional performance for a velotaf with suspension.
The pedaling position, with a torso angle of around 60°, is a little more upright than on other models. It's the right compromise to offer good performance while being a little more comfortable.
The exclusive design of our tires, as well as their weight, also contribute to making this a very smooth-running bike.
FRAME.
Weight-saving 6061 butted aluminum frame
Internal routing for cables and sheaths.
Removable derailleur hanger, replaceable in the event of damage.

FORK.
Headshock" type shock-absorbing fork with 30° travel mm.
This fork technology saves significant weight compared to a fork with suspension forks, and avoids pumping effects when riding.
The shock-absorbing fork has sufficient travel to smooth out road bumps, giving you extra riding comfort.

HANDLEBARS / STEM / STEERING.
Oversize handlebars (31.8 mm) in lightened alloy.

TRANSMISSION
Our SRAM NX 1x11-gear indexed transmission reduces weight and makes it easy to shift gears with just one hand.
Derived from mountain biking, the gear range is equivalent to a triple-platter transmission and allows you to go anywhere.

BRAKES.
Hydraulic disc brakes BTWIN by TEKTRO TKD32.
These brakes, also used on mountain bikes, provide powerful, easy and progressive braking in all weathers.

Double-walled aluminum rims (28-622) guarantee solidity against impact deformation and improved bike performance.

TIRES.
The long-distance city tires feature an exclusive stud pattern for excellent rolling characteristics and good grip on wet and dry roads.
Skinwall tires with soft bead wires further reduce weight.
The "bead to bead" nylon anti-puncture band + Kevlar insert, plus an additional rubber band, effectively protect the entire tire against punctures and pinches.

The B'TWIN SPORT 500 memory foam saddle increases comfort during your rides.

LIGHTING.
Powerful hub dynamo lighting ensures you can see and be seen in all circumstances, so you can ride in complete safety.

Front lighting 30 Lux AXA BLUELINE which allows you to see at 30 m and be seen at 3000 m (internal test)
Rear lighting AXA BLUELINE which allows you to be seen at 600 m and 220°
The addition of a capacitor allows the bike to remain lit at the rear for 4 minutes when stationary.
LUGGAGE RACK / MUDGUARD.
In order to carry your belongings and stay clean and dry in all circumstances, the bike is equipped with a luggage rack/mudguard set designed exclusively for this range of bikes.
Luggage rack for carrying up to 27 kg, including a baby seat. The 12 mm diameter tubes allow you to attach the full range of Elops luggage sold at DECATHLON.
Mudguards with double screwed rod for maximum stability and strength.
BEQUILLE.
The 35 kg aluminum rear stand ensures greater stability when the bike is loaded with panniers on the luggage rack.
The rear stand does not touch the cranks when the bike is pushed forwards or backwards during stationary manoeuvres.
ACCESSORIES COMPATIBILITY.
The frame is equipped with frame inserts for attaching a segment lock and a RINGLOCK-type fixed frame lock for locking the wheel.
The 27 kg luggage rack can accommodate a baby seat, as well as all our ELOPS luggage.
MAXIMUM WORKING WEIGHT.
Maximum operating weight 140 kg, including bike, rider and gear.
BRAKE PAD HONING.
Disc brake pads require a running-in period in order to achieve full efficiency and proper adjustment. To achieve this, we recommend ten or so progressive braking cycles on each brake.
On the other hand, braking too hard on new brake pads may glaze them, rendering them inoperative.
This phase is essential to ensure effective, long-lasting braking.
