MIXED FRAME
With a very pronounced top tube inclination, over a very wide size range (from S: 1.50 m to XL: 2.00 m),
The ST 120 mountain bike frame is MIXED.
If, as a WOMAN, you choose the MEN's model, we recommend at least the purchase of the SPORT FEMME 500 saddle, adapted to women's morphology.
LIGHTWEIGHT, COMFORTABLE AND PLAYFUL FRAME
Our designers have come up with an all-new, easy-to-straddle frame.
This 100% aluminum CGF (Confort Geometry Frame) is both comfortable and easy to handle. The inclination has been designed to keep your back more upright, while the rear chainstays have been shortened to ensure agility when cornering.
DERAILLEUR & TRANSMISSION: A SINGLE CHAINRING LIKE THE PROS!
Discover the efficiency and ease of a single chainring:
1 chainring and 9 gears.
Accelerate on the flat and tackle climbs with ease, without compromise.
With just 1 handlebar shifter, there's no need to think!
Single chainring ROCKRIDER FC ATB 100 - 32 teeth equipped with 2 chain guides (anti-derailment)
-Rear derailleur MICROSHIFT RD-M46-L
-Right-handle MICROSHIFT SL-759 with speedometer
-Cassette MICROSHIFT H092 9 sprockets 11 to 36 teeth
-Large, solid chain KMC Z9
FRONT SUSPENSION
The 80 mm front suspension allows you to tackle your first obstacles with complete peace of mind on slightly uneven trails.
Adjust the hardness easily with U-FIT (WEIGHT ADJUSTER) technology. Simply adjust the number corresponding to your weight (from 55 Kg to 105 Kg) directly via the knob on the fork.
MECHANICAL DISC BRAKES
Dual 160 mm mechanical disc brakes TEKTRO TKD 68 deliver powerful, progressive braking front and rear. As for the TEKTRO brake levers: they are made of aluminum, easy to grip and precise. Two fingers are all you need to brake.
3 or 4 sets of 10 dry, intermittent brake applications are all you need to break in your brake pads.
Remember to have your disc brakes serviced once a year.
27.5" WHEELS & DRY-WEATHER TIRES
The ST 120's wheels are forgiving and robust, with 19 mm 27.5" double-wall 28-spoke rims.
Take on your first obstacles without fear: small stones, roots, holes and bumps!
Because the first rides are on dry ground, DRY 27.5 x 2.0 tires are the best choice. Their performance is optimized thanks to a highly rolling central section, while their lateral studs ensure good grip on bends.
HANDLEBARS, STEM, HANDLES
With its 10° upward-angled stem, the ST 120 mountain bike's cockpit is elevated, accessible and comfortable
In detail:
-Aluminium stem, length 90 mm, with a 10° angle for maximum comfort
-Aluminium handlebars, 640 mm wide, for stability and control
-Slat handles, in "soft touch" material, for good grip, soft and pleasant contact.
SADDLE
The ST 120's welded saddle clamp prevents any saddle movement.
And because your comfort is our top priority after safety, we offer you an exclusive ERGOFIT saddle, wider and with a hammock-shaped profile.
Easily adjust your saddle height with the FLEX steel stem, length 350 mm or 400 mm (depending on size). Its reduced diameter of 27.2 mm gives your seat a natural flexibility that's 30% greater than a conventional solution.
FLAT PEDALS
The ROCKRIDER ST 120 mountain bike comes with flat, hard resin mountain bike pedals for added lightness and safety.
If your foot slips off the pedal, you'll be less likely to injure yourself.
TRANSPORT & STORAGE
We've added a quick-release system for easy removal and fitting of the front wheel.
Our tip: a bike rack is a simple way of transporting your mountain bike without dirtying your car.
