Our Subea brand has designed this slit neoprene jacket with unstructured or realistic camouflage for the experienced ss-marine hunter in temperate waters (16-24°C).

This wetsuit jacket features the new Subea exclusive camouflage. It provides warmth, mimicry and comfort with its slit, anatomical cut and chest reinforcement.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Fragile interior

Split (or smooth) neoprene is a fragile material. We advise you to put on this equipment when it is wet (with soapy water if possible) and with the utmost care.

Your fingernails can damage the inside of your wetsuit if it is not put on/removed correctly. In the event of a tear in the suit, repair with neoprene glue.

Exclusive camouflage Subea : what's the difference between unstructured black camo and realistic khaki camo?

The camouflages used on underwater hunting suits are designed to enhance mimicry with the underwater environment.

The grey/black camo (suit reference 8552355) is called unstructured. Its unstructured, asymmetrical graphics break up the underwater hunter's silhouette.

The khaki camo (suit reference 8501841) is said to be realistic. Its quasi-photographic graphics enable the hunter to blend into rocky, seagrass or kelp environments...

Combination colors

Once the wetsuit is wet, the colors of the wetsuit darken.

Closing

This underwater hunting jacket features a double-clip subcutaneous fastening (beavertail with double frog clip).

Glued and sewn assembly

The neoprene is first glued, then sewn for maximum abrasion resistance. The stitching is specific: the needle used does not go all the way through the neoprene to prevent water infiltration during practice.

Reinforcements

The vest features a pad, part number 8501841, on the torso (plexus) to facilitate placement of the crossbow's loading heel.
The elbows are also reinforced.
