So you can hit the trails without worrying about branches and leaves, our design team has selected a tightly woven fabric.
The result? A true mountain bike rain jacket that resists the various types of rubbing encountered during your rides (water bag straps, branches...).
WHAT IS WATERPROOF FABRIC?
Waterproofing is the ability of a fabric to stop the passage of rain. We measure a fabric's resistance to water pressure expressed in mm water column (test based on ISO 811 standard). The higher the value, the more waterproof the fabric.
The component used has a waterproof value of 5,000 mm, which means it can withstand the pressure of a column of 5,000 mm of water (roughly equivalent to a 3-hour shower).
IS THIS FABRIC BREATHABLE?
To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on ISO 11092).
The component used has a breathability value (RET) of 12 on a scale of 40

The lower the resistance, the more the fabric allows water vapor generated by the active body to escape.
