How can I be sure that my jacket will protect me from the elements?
The 100 jacket has been developed with a rigorous component and assembly that blocks the passage of water and limits the sensation of wind, to help you cope with the elements (rain, snow, wind, etc.). To validate its waterproofness, this jacket was placed under a special shower reproducing the conditions a skier would encounter. We validated the waterproofness of this product by skiing in different weather conditions for several days.
Why is my jacket water-repellent?
A fabric's water repellency is its ability to let water slide off its surface, without absorbing it. The 100 jacket is equipped with water-repellent components that prolong its resistance to bad weather. It's an additional technical solution to keep you dry for as long as possible on the ski slopes. This treatment must be renewed regularly, using products sold in our stores, to remain effective.

Coating consists of spreading a waterproofing material on the inside of a fabric. It prevents water from penetrating the garment, but lets the water vapor produced by the body's activity escape. So you stay dry and comfortable during your sporting activities.
How does my ski jacket keep me warm?
To help keep you warm, we use wadding insulation. This polyester-based synthetic component stores a greater or lesser quantity of air, depending on the size of its fibers. There are standard, technical and silicone wadding products, each with different properties: warmth, lightness, elasticity, etc. All the wadding we use is made from recycled materials, usually plastic bottles.
What does a "breathable" jacket mean?
