COMPONENT IMPERMEABILITY
We measure a fabric's resistance to water pressure expressed in mm water column (test based on ISO 811). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A component with a waterproof rating of 10,000 mm will therefore withstand the pressure exerted by 10,000 mm of water (roughly equivalent to a 3-hour shower). Waterproofness is expressed in schmerber (for example: 10,000 schmerber).
COMPONENT BREATHABILITY
The breathability of a component is measured by its "Thermal Evaporative Resistance" (RET).
This is its ability to let water vapor produced by the body during exertion escape to the outside, thus preventing the accumulation of water on the skin.
The lower the RET value, the more breathable the fabric.
RET ≤ 6: very breathable fabric
RET ≤ 12: breathable fabric
RET ≤ 20: not very breathable fabric
Our product has 12 de RET
COMPONENT RESISTANCE
Abrasion and rub resistance tests: for example, we use laboratory tests to ensure that fleeces do not pilling. Colorfastness test: dye fastness is checked to ensure that no bleeding is possible on contact with saliva. Aging test: repeated washing must not alter fabric properties, behavior, thickness or appearance.
WINDPROOF EFFECT
The fabric is made waterproof and therefore windproof by coating the inside. In fact, a waterproof fabric has the technical characteristics to be certified windproof. It's very important to be protected from the wind, whether you're active or resting, because it cools the body enormously.

MAINTENANCE
1/ Machine wash (30°C): hook-and-loop fasteners closed, mild detergent. Jackets and pants inside out. Remember to loosen straps and elastic parts. 2/ Avoid folding garments too much in the machine: risk of damage. 3/ Don't mix garment styles or colors. 4/ Don't use bleach. 5/ Rinse thoroughly and spin gently. 6/ Tumble dry or tumble dry (minimum temperature, minimum time).
WHERE DO OUR JACKETS COME FROM?
Created in our international design center at the foot of Mont Blanc, in France, the jacket is then made by our suppliers in Vietnam.
These are partners who possess real know-how in the manufacture of our jackets, and with whom we work closely.
This relationship of trust with our industrial partners enables us to create high-quality technical products.
