A lightweight bike: aluminum frame and fork
Aluminum was the obvious choice for the frame and fork of this model, which we wanted to be as light as possible. As aluminum has anti-corrosion properties, the frame and fork won't rust, even when exposed to a demanding environment (humidity, sand).
Why choose 26" wheels?
Switching to 26" wheels brings two advantages:
- Better wheel efficiency, with greater inertia to maintain higher speeds. The bike is more stable and therefore easier to ride.
- The larger size provides greater comfort by increasing the shock-absorbing surface area.
An ergonomic saddle
For even greater comfort, we've fitted this bike with a SELLE ROYAL saddle adapted to the child's morphology. The composition of the foam provides greater elasticity and breathability, guaranteeing a strong, comfortable saddle.
The advantages of single-platter
This bike is equipped with a single chainring drivetrain.
It features a single thumb-and-finger control for quick and easy shifting of the 8 gears. The 36-tooth single chainring and 11-34 cassette make shifting easy, so you can get the most out of your ride.
Why have we created a brake lever adapted to the child's hand?
Because children's hands are smaller than adults', it's not easy for them to grab the brake lever. That's why our engineers and designers have designed
to be closer to the handlebars and easier to grip. Braking is now within reach of little hands!
V-Brake brake pads: control your braking
Brake efficiently with 2 V-Brake brake pads.
These brakes consist of 2 calipers fitted with brake pads that apply varying degrees of pressure to the rim to slow or stop wheel rotation.
A lightweight, custom-designed crankset
The new aluminum crankset has a crank length of 152 mm which is adapted to the child's leg length. This lightweight crankset makes it easier to start pedaling.
The double chain guard prevents chain derailment.
Steering precision
To enhance riding precision, we've fitted this VTC with a short (60mm) aluminum stem and 540 mm handlebars. This means you can ride with greater precision.
Additional equipment
High visibility thanks to battery-powered LED front lighting.
The bike is fully equipped for riding on public roads: battery-powered rear lighting, horn, light reflectors on the wheels (retro-reflectors).
The frame is also compatible with other accessories: mudguards, pannier, kickstand, water bottle holder, luggage rack.
Front and rear quick-release fasteners
Flat tire? Need to remove a wheel to slide the bike into the trunk? Nothing could be easier, thanks to the two quick-release fasteners that allow you to remove the front or rear wheel very quickly.
