How do I dose WHEY PROTEIN?
We suggest the equivalent of 3 heaped tablespoons to reach the recommended dose of 35g.
If you use whey, whey isolate, native whey, lean whey or vegan protein Decathlon, you can use the measuring spoon included in these products. The equivalent is 3 level tablespoons of whey.
As our tablespoons are all different, we recommend using a kitchen scale for greater precision!
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?
Mix 150ml of water with 35g of WHEY PROTEIN (i.e. 3 heaped tablespoons) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
You can decrease or increase the amount of water as you wish.
Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150ml of vegetable drink or milk.
After reconstitution, consume the shaker within the hour.
Dissolving whey protein
This product does not contain lecithin. Lecithin is traditionally found in most protein powders to help dissolve in water or milk and avoid lumps.
So, naturally, a few lumps of powder may end up in the sieve or neck of your shaker during reconstitution.
When should you use WHEY PROTEIN?
Consume a shaker within 30 minutes of exercise. We recommend that you wash your shaker immediately after consumption.
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a shaker of WHEY PROTEIN at breakfast or before training.
Directions for use
In addition to physical activity, it is important to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of prolonged consumption (> 6-8 weeks), it is necessary to seek medical advice.
