The role of proteins
There are three macronutrients: proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Among other things, they provide the body with energy in the form of calories.
Carbohydrates are the body's primary source of energy, and are the ideal
fuel for our efforts.
Protein is one of these three macronutrients, and is essential for building
muscle mass and keeping our bodies running smoothly.
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?
We recommend mixing only 150ml of water with 2 heaped spoonfuls of WHEY PROTEIN (i.e. 30g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
You can decrease or increase the amount of water as you wish.
Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150ml of vegetable drink or milk.
After reconstitution, consume the shaker within the hour.
Understanding BCAAs
Do you know what's behind these 4 letters?
Proteins are sequences of amino acids. There are 20 different types, 9 of which are "essential" (they are not synthesized by the body and must be supplied by the diet). These include 3 amino acids. These are Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine and valine.
They are called branched-chain because of their shape. They are involved in muscle building and the recovery process.
What is WHEY PROTEIN?
Whey protein is a whey protein.
It is rapidly assimilated and stimulates anabolism (muscle building), making it perfect for recovery periods.
Why use WHEY protein powder?
- Reach your daily protein requirements more easily
- Improve muscle mass maintenance after exercise
- Vary your protein source
- It's practical (can be taken to the gym or workplace)
Our approach to this new WHEY PROTEIN
21g protein and 5.2g BCAA / shaker to help you reach your goals
This new WHEY PROTEIN is Made in France
Use of natural flavors and sweetening molecules derived from stevia, a South American plant.
Taste and recipe deliberately short and simple
We've worked hard to create a protein with a balanced, long-lasting taste.
If you're used to protein powders with artificial sweeteners, our new whey proteins may seem lighter at first.
To intensify the taste, you can vary the volume of liquid mixed with the powder. For example, 50ml of variation will have a significant impact on taste and texture.
Based on tests carried out, we recommend 150ml per shaker.
MANUFACTURING QUALITY AND CERTIFICATIONS

50% of the primary ingredient is from France (protein) - 50% from the Netherlands.
IFS Food-certified production site
Production of products in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP principles and methods
ISO 26 000 standards
Physico-chemical, sensory, microbiological and toxicological quality controls on finished products: sanitary compliance and taste quality assurance.
WHEN TO USE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN
Consume a shaker in recovery within 30 minutes of exercise.
We recommend that you wash your shaker directly after consumption.
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a shaker of WHEY PROTEIN at breakfast or before training.
