Why use protein powder?
There are three macronutrients: proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Among other things, they provide the body with energy in the form of calories.
Carbohydrates are the body's primary source of energy, and are the ideal
fuel for our efforts.
Protein is one of these three macronutrients, and is essential for
building muscle mass and keeping the body running smoothly.
Protein powder completes your daily intake.
How do I prepare WHEY PROTEIN?
- Mix 150ml of water with 2 heaped spoonfuls of WHEY PROTEIN (i.e. 30g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
- Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
- Decrease or increase the amount of water according to your preferences (texture in particular).
- After reconstitution, consume the shaker within the hour
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150ml of vegetable drink or milk.
What is WHEY PROTEIN and our bias towards it
- Whey protein is a whey protein.
- It is rapidly assimilated and stimulates anabolism (muscle building), making it perfect for recovery periods.
- You get 21g of protein and 5.2g of BCAAs / shaker to help you reach your goals
- This new WHEY PROTEIN is Made in France
- Use of natural flavours and sweetening molecules derived from stevia, a South American plant.
Can women also take WHEY PROTEIN?
Of course it is! WHEY PROTEIN is ideal for women who want to:
- Transform their bodies by losing fat mass in favour of muscle mass, as it helps to limit muscle wasting (muscle catabolism),
- Achieve their sporting goals
- And limit general fatigue.
Taste and recipe deliberately short and simple
We've worked hard to create a protein with a balanced, long-lasting taste.
If you're used to protein powders with artificial sweeteners, our new whey proteins may seem lighter at first.
To intensify the taste, you can vary the volume of liquid mixed with the powder. For example, 50ml of variation will have a significant impact on taste and texture.
Based on tests carried out, we recommend 150ml per shaker.
