How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?
We recommend mixing only 150ml of water with 2 heaped spoonfuls of WHEY PROTEIN (i.e. 30g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
You can decrease or increase the amount of water as you wish.
Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150ml of vegetable drink or milk.
After reconstitution, consume the shaker within the hour.

We have opted for natural flavouring and stevia extract (steviol glycosides), an intense sweetener derived from raw materials of natural origin. It is extracted from Stevia rebaudiana, a plant native to South America, whose leaves contain sweetening molecules.
Taste and recipe deliberately short and simple
We've worked hard to create a protein with a balanced, long-lasting taste.
If you're used to protein powders with sucralose and acesulfame K, our new whey proteins may seem lighter at first.
To intensify the taste, you can vary the volume of liquid mixed with the powder. For example, 50ml of variation will have a significant impact on taste and texture.
So, following our tests, we recommend 150ml per shaker.

WHEN TO USE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN
