WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE is made with 80% whey protein from GRASS FED milk.
This label guarantees that the cows supplying the milk have been grazed for 120 to 300 days a year, ensuring that they are largely fed on grass or hay.
WHEN TO USE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE?
The rapid assimilation of whey makes it ideal for consumption after exercise (up to 1 hour).
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a shaker of WHEY PROTEINE ISOLATE at breakfast or before training.
2/3 of your protein intake should come from a varied, balanced diet.
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEINE ISOLATE?
We've removed all texturizing agents from our recipe to give you a shorter list of ingredients
Mix 200 ml max of water with two spoons (i.e. 30 g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy.
We recommend using water at a moderate temperature, and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY with 150 ml of animal or plant milk, according to your taste.
Can you use WHEY PROTEIN for weight loss/drying?
Protein is very important when trying to lose weight or stay lean, as it helps maintain muscle mass.
This protein is not a meal replacement.
Directions for use
In the event of prolonged consumption (> 2 months), ask a doctor or dietician for advice.
This product is contraindicated in cases of renal or hepatic insufficiency, for pregnant women and for people under 14 years of age.
