Why use a zafu?
The zafu helps you adopt the right posture during your yoga or meditation sessions and avoid potential pain. It's designed to respect your lumbar arch and free up your breathing.
In cross-legged posture, our meditation cushion allows your knees to touch the ground, creating a spontaneous curve in your spine. Cross-legged or in lotus posture, the zafu allows you to hold positions better and refocus on your practice.

Our zafu measures 35 cm in diameter, with a height of 18 cm. It weighs 1.5 kg.
